What was the highlight of Hotel Parma Pas de la Casa
Very welcoming staff, food and location.
Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Both breakfast and dinner are worth it.
Unfortunately there was a problem with my reservation - they couldn’t find it on my check in so I waited 30-40 minutes so a superior could resolve it. It all worked fine afterwards and they gave me a free drink at dinner for the inconvenience.

Good for a short stay
Good place to get in and out of Andorra.
Coffee in the morning was not the nicest, and some eggs would be great. But then, the price was very low, so I am not really complaining.

What was the highlight of Hotel Parma Pas de la Casa
An excellent overnight stay on a tour of Andorra.
I had dinner bed and breakfast here for one night. I have a soft spot for Pas de La Casa, being very high up and on the north side of the summit. This is the second time that I have stayed a night at the Parma and was very satisfied.
Coming from the Ariage valley direction, being diverted via Bourg Madame because the French had closed the N22! I still do not know why - probably an avalanche - but hopefully the Andorran Government and the Pas De La Casa community will prevail upon the French authorities to reopen it urgently.

What was the highlight of Hotel Parma Pas de la Casa
Confortable and good value for money
Very good price quality! Stayed for 3 nights and the only thing to complain was the snow/ice sliding down the room making noises the rest everything was great. Friendly staff and very clean! They replaced towels everyday and made the beds. I like my old fashioned room but the bathroom was renewed and super clean. I like the single usage shampoos and body wash! English Breakfast was included and it's okay.. I would chance the way they keep hot stuff there because the temperature seems to high and dries it quickly. Everything was really comfortable and staff was really nice too. They also have a buffet during 7.30pm -10m which I didn't have but I saw it and it looks nice too! Would stay here again :)a
The hot things from breakfast needs more attention ( keep the right temperature for the eggs or they will be always dry, or keep it closed and not exposed)
